What is Ikegwuru?
Ikegwuru is a global clothing brand. The brand is built on the Kwechiri philosophy — remaining unbroken when circumstances conspire to fracture your spirit. Every piece is made with intention.
What does Kwechiri mean?
Kwechiri is an Igbo word meaning "hold firm" or "remain unbroken." It is a command you give to your own spirit. The brand interprets this as a philosophy of endurance, persistence, and choosing not to break under pressure.
Where is Ikegwuru based?
Ikegwuru Global Empire operates globally. We are open 24 hours and ship worldwide.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can shop directly on the website — browse the collection, select your size and colour, and check out using Paystack. Orders are confirmed automatically and you receive an email with your order details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Paystack: debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer, USSD, and mobile money. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Can I order by phone or WhatsApp?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us on 0814 765 0381 and we will assist with your order directly. You can also use the contact form on our website.
Delivery & Tracking
How long does delivery take?
Standard local delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery takes 1–2 working days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination.
How do I track my order?
After your order is confirmed, you receive an email with a link to track your delivery in real time on the Ikegwuru website. You can also visit the Track Order page and enter your order number.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
International shipping is available on request. Contact us at info@ikegwuru.com or 0814 765 0381 to arrange international delivery and get a shipping quote.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Sizing & Products
How do I know which size to choose?
Most Ikegwuru pieces run true to size. Size options are displayed on each product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us and we will help you find the right fit.
What sizes are available?
We stock XS through XXL across most pieces. The Unbroken Jacket is available in S through XL. Size availability is shown on each product page, and sold-out sizes are clearly marked.
What materials are the garments made from?
Each product page lists the specific fabric composition. We use heavyweight cotton for the Endurance Tee, French terry for the Resolve Hoodie, and heavy canvas for the Unbroken Jacket. Fabric details are on every product page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items must have all tags attached. Contact us to initiate a return.
How do I return an item?
Email info@ikegwuru.com or call 0814 765 0381 with your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the process. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
