1. Eligibility for Returns
Because our drops are produced in limited quantities, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The pieces are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original designer tags attached.
- You received an incorrect size, color, or a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process
To start a return or exchange:
- Send an email to info@ikegwuru.com with your Order Number and photos showing the issue.
- Once approved, you can drop off the items at our designated pickup site, or ship them back to us via courier. Return logistics costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items were defective upon receipt.
3. Refunds & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email update regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment account via Paystack, typically within 5 to 7 business days. Store credit can also be issued for immediate use on future drops.
