1. Delivery Zones & Timeline
We process orders and ship them daily. Below are estimated transit timelines:
- Local Pickup: Ready for pickup within 24 hours at our designated fulfillment center.
- Express Delivery: Delivered via local courier in 1 to 2 business days.
- Standard Delivery: Delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
- International Shipping: Shipped via DHL/UPS. Arrives in 7 to 10 business days.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is dispatched, we update your order with a tracking reference number and tracking logs. You can track your order using the link in your email invoice, through the Track Order page, or by viewing the order logs in your customer dashboard if you created an account.
3. Local Pickup Point
If you selected **Pickup** during checkout, you will receive an email with instructions and the exact address of our nearest fulfillment center when your order is ready.
